My approach goes beyond simply talking about what's wrong. I incorporate evidence-based therapies, including EMDR, ERP and DBT to help clients process distressing experiences and work through the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be keeping them stuck. EMDR can be especially helpful for people working through trauma and PTSD, and it may also be appropriate for other distressing experiences. Therapy is tailored to your needs, goals, and readiness for change. The goal isn't just to understand why you struggle; it's to help you develop new ways of experiencing yourself, your relationships, and your life. My primary focus is working with adults experiencing trauma, PTSD, communication barriers, infidelity, reconciliation, divorce, addictions, grief, depression, anxiety, and a loss of purpose or direction. I also have a experience in supporting military service members, veterans, their families, and individuals in professions that require extended time away from home and the challenges of reintegration.
Counseling That Meets You Where You Are.
My style is person-centered, compassionate, nonjudgmental, and solution-focused. Your goals are the priority. You deserve a space where you can be heard, understood, and supported as we work together toward meaningful change. For those who desire it, Christian faith and biblical principles can also be integrated into therapy, drawing on my strong biblical background to support healing, growth, and a deeper sense of purpose. You don't have to keep living in survival mode. You don't have to keep repeating the same patterns or carrying the same pain. And you don't have to wait until everything falls apart to ask for help.
Three months from now, you can still be wishing things were different—or you can take the first step toward making a change.
You deserve more than just getting through the day. You deserve the opportunity to heal, reconnect with what matters, and build a life with greater freedom, purpose, and joy.
